Key Account Manager / Sales Manager (Laguna), Calamba in Calamba, Northern Mindanao

Responsibilities:
Assist the Commercial Director in identifying, developing and executing business opportunities to the Philippine and/or Southeast Asia region.
To support and mange development or operation projects designated by the
Marketing and Sales Director.
Upon request, as time permits, undertake special assignment given by the Marketing
and Sales Director in support of the other Company business activities in the region or
outside the region.
To manage the Sales department of the Company and establish objectives and prioritization of activities.
Hire and train qualified sales representatives with developed problem solving skills
that enable assessment and appropriate reaction to customer requirements (whether
standard product requests or emergency assistance).
Provide all sales data accumulation, tracking and reporting of forecast and plan, customer amortization and rebate information and other information that impacts financials, i.e., customer price changes, promotions and claim information.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
